Module 2: Managing Clinician Performance
ne of the greatest challenges Clinical Leaders face is recognising & effectively managing poor performance of their clinicians.
Impaired clinician performance can arise from multiple factors, including physical & mental health concerns & drug & alcohol issues.
Poor performance can manifest in multiple ways, including as disruptive behaviour, deteriorating clinical skills & poor clinical outcomes.
