Emerging Leaders & Operational Teams
A first in Australia, our co-designed Clinical Services Planning programs are developed with you to meet the specific professional develoment requirements of Emerging Leaders & Operational Teams of hospitals, aged care services, disability services and/or community health services across both public and private health sectors.
This module provides a fundamental understanding of the step-by-step approach involved in undertaking clinical services planning using our ©AIHE Clinical Service Planning Methodology (AIHE CSPM).
These sessions can be conducted as Workshops, Seminars or Online Sessions of customisable duration and content to provide emerging leaders and operational teams with a nuanced understanding of how to do clinical service planning from beginning to end.
This module can also be designed for emerging leaders and operational teams to undertake together with Executives and/or senior managers across medical, nursing, quality & safety, humnan resources, finance, operations &/or infomration technology portfolios.
A range of key elements, core topics and workshop case studies will be used, with options to cusomise according to your needs.
Course Design & Delivery
This module can be developed as a seminar or workshop and can be delivered as a 2 hour session, half-day practical workshop, immersive multi-day program &/or retreat, via face-to-face, hybrid or online options.
This module will be co-designed with you & other key stakeholders in your health service to meet your specific professional development requirements.
We will hold an initial consultation session with you & other relevant stakeholders to identify your unique objectives, specific learning goals & to understand the knowledge & skill that currently exists & the challenges you are facing.
Our specialist team will then develop a customised program underpinned by our ©AIHE Clinical Service Planning Methodology (AIHE CSPM) to meet your pre-determined objectives.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the workshop you will receive CPD Certification in Clinical Services Planning.
