Course Design & Delivery
This module can be developed as a seminar or workshop and can be delivered as a 2 hour session, half-day practical workshop, immersive multi-day program &/or board/executive retreat, via face-to-face, hybrid or online options.
This module will be co-designed with you & other key stakeholders in your health service to meet your specific professional development requirements.
We will hold an initial consultation session with you & other relevant stakeholders to identify your unique objectives, specific learning goals & to understand the knowledge & skill that currently exists & the challenges you are facing.
Our specialist team will then develop a customised program underpinned by our ©AIHE Clinical Service Planning Methodology (AIHE CSPM©) to meet your pre-determined objectives.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the workshop you will receive CPD Certification in Clinical Services Planning.
