Module 1 : Leadership Foundations for Clinicians

Module 4 : Managing Difficult Interactions

One of the most complex challenges for healthcare leaders is knowing how to successfully manage difficult conversations. 

This is especially relevant when faced with individuals possessing ‘disruptive’ behavioural traits & ‘difficult’ personalities in the context of patient harm or poor clinician performance.


In this interactive module, participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences of challenging situations, reflect on their responses, & learn practical strategies to manage difficult conversations & difficult interactions.
