Our Advanced Registrar Workshops are designed to address critical knowledge gaps of medical leadership trainees, in select core topics within leadership training curricula. 

They are ideally suited for registrars and candidates undertaking  Fellowship training with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA).

All workshops are designed and delivered by Specialist Fellows of RACMA who have been Examiners for the Oral Exams and/or are recipients of the Bernard Nicholson Award for exemplary performance in the College Exam.

Each workshop consists of a 2 hour interactive & immersive online session with real-life case studies and simulated role playing scenarios to optimise learning and utilises AIHE’s exclusive teaching methodology and trademarked material.
